Що робити

Drive end-to-end delivery of product features within Web3 products and dApps, from requirements to release
Understand the product goal and user value behind each feature
Work with Product and stakeholders to clarify and challenge requirements when needed
Gather, analyze, and structure business and product requirements
Translate requirements into clear and actionable tasks for the development team

Що очікуємо

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or product teams
Proven hands-on experience working with Web3 products and dApps (must-have)
Strong product mindset — you understand the why behind a feature, not only the requirements and deadlines
Experience delivering product features or complex functionality end-to-end
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
