Що робити
- Collaborate with the business to identify job requirements and develop effective position profiles;
- Provide a full-cycle recruitment process according to company standards;
- Сreate a pipeline of new candidates and nurture the existing ones;
- Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites, etc., creating new ways to engage candidates through sourcing and social media;
- Daily communication with potential candidates, conduct pre-screens, interviews and provide information about the company, ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of previous experience in IT Recruiting;
- Experience with recruiting for positions in the global market (Poland, EU, Eastern Europe region, LATAM);
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, ability to implement and develop them;
- An entertaining conversationalist with a good sense of humor and positive attitude;
- Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills;
