- 3+ years of commercial Python experience
- Hands-on experience with Playwright
- Senior-level ownership mindset and production debugging skills
- Experience designing retry/error-handling logic
- Active daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) with the ability to validate AI-generated output
