Що робити
- Create, manage, and optimize lifecycle campaigns in Iterable, including onboarding, retention, and clinician engagement.
- Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Zapier workflows supporting Iterable campaigns and business processes.
- Configure and optimize customer journeys, segmentation, triggers, and transactional communications in Iterable.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve workflow, integration, and data-related issues.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and lifecycle metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve onboarding and retention.
