We’re looking for a mid-level product designer who is fluent in modern design craft and genuinely comfortable working alongside AI — not as a novelty, but as a daily production tool. You’ll help maintain and evolve our design system, design analytics experiences, and turn AI-generated prototypes into polished, production-ready products.
About the Role
● 3-5 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy products; ● A portfolio showing systems thinking: design system contributions, complex workflows, or data visualization work; ● Expert-level Figma skills: components, variables, auto layout, and library management; ● Hands-on experience with AI design and prototyping tools, and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates the work and where human judgment is non-negotiable; ● Enough front-end literacy (HTML, CSS, component structure) to review generated code output critically; ● Strong written communication — much of this role is giving precise instructions to both humans and agents; ● Attention to detail and a high quality bar. AI output is only as good as the person reviewing it.
