Що робити
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts/agreements with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring that all legal requirements are met and risks are mitigated;
- Legal support for the development of the company’s products and processes; performing legal research and preparing relevant reports;
- Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations;
- Fulfillment of other legal tasks and assignments arising in course of business, both in the international sphere and in Ukraine;
- Conduct/support KYB/KYC processes and due diligence, including the preparation of necessary forms;
Що очікуємо
- Hold a Master’s Degree in Law;
- 2+ years of relevant experience as in-house lawyer (IT/gaming/gambling/betting sectors);
- Good knowledge of contract law and civil law in general, including private international law (UK/EU/UA);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible;
