Що робити
- Licensing & Regulatory Compliance:
- Provide legal support for obtaining MiCA and VASP licenses across multiple EU and EEA jurisdictions and onboarding new regions.
- Support the analysis and implementation of MiCA licensing and DORA requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit filings, applications, and regulatory correspondence to authorities under the supervision of senior legal colleagues.
- Coordinate with local lawyers and support communication with regulators.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; international legal competency is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in international corporate, financial, or IT law, ideally within blockchain technology, fintech, or digital asset markets.
- Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
- supporting the establishment and ongoing operation of foreign corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions;
- supporting licensing projects, including MiCA, VASP, EMI, PSP, or similar licenses;
