You’ll design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks covering E2E UI flows and API layers, working closely with developers and QA across a distributed team (Seattle, Mexico, Ukraine).
What You’ll Do
Design and implement E2E and API automated test suites using Java and Selenide
Develop and maintain test infrastructure in Dockerized environments backed by PostgreSQL
Collaborate with developers to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and catch regressions early
Write, review, and expand test coverage for gate workflows, EDI processing, billing/payment flows, and UI components
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and release branch validation
Contribute to test environment setup, documentation, and ongoing stability improvements
Work with Kafka-based messaging for test automation and integration validation
Identify, report, and track defects — with attention to multi-branch release management

Solid experience writing automated tests in Java
Hands-on with Selenide (or similar WebDriver-based frameworks — Selenium, Playwright)
Experience with API testing (REST/JSON, tools like REST-assured or equivalent)
Familiarity with Docker for test environment setup and containerized test execution
Proficiency with PostgreSQL — writing queries, validating data, understanding schemas
Strong understanding of E2E testing principles and test design patterns
Nice to Have:
Experience with Kafka or messaging systems in a test context
Exposure to EDI formats or terminal/logistics domain knowledge
Experience managing tests across multiple release branches
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
