- Project Initialization: Own the initial setup, configuration, and successful “first run” of the Agentic AI pipeline to launch new projects from scratch.
- AI Pipeline Ownership: Master, operate, and continuously stress-test the fully automated Agentic AI pipeline, ensuring high-quality code generation and efficient workflows.
- Mentorship & Upskilling: Guide and mentor junior developers on how to work alongside autonomous AI agents, ensuring they follow best practices in AI-assisted coding and prompt engineering.
- Company-Wide AI Advocacy: Act as an internal evangelist, promoting the adoption of fully automated Agentic AI workflows across all engineering teams to foster a culture of modern innovation.
- Feature Delivery: Collaborate on delivering complex product features, integrations, and user stories to MVP alongside autonomous agents and the engineering team.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with solid hands-on experience in modern web stacks (e.g., React and Node.js).
- Practical experience with AI development workflows for feature full cycle development and a deep interest in Autonomous Agents, LLM orchestration, and next-gen coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Workspace).
- Practical experience of agent creation
