Що робити
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and other model-driven modules.
- Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, workflows, and security roles in Dynamics 365.
- Extend Dynamics 365 through plug-ins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript client-side scripting, and PCF controls.
- Build complementary solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams) and external systems via REST APIs.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and the Power Platform.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 plug-ins, custom workflows, business rules, and client-side scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps used to extend Dynamics 365.
- Solid understanding of relational database principles; experience with SQL and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating with external systems via REST APIs and JSON.
