- Establish and manage a new paid acquisition for search activity, including creative building, media buying, and managing ROI for this activity end-to-end.
- Manage other paid acquisition activities as they may arise.

- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on paid acquisition and media buying experience Meta, (TikTok, Native, or Google Ads advNTAGE).
- Search arbitrage/feed experience is a bonus, but not strictly required.
- Execution: Strong operational abilities and a highly hands-on approach to launching and optimizing campaigns.
- Data-Driven: Great analytical abilities with a sharp, daily focus on meeting specific ROI/ROAS targets.
- Mindset: Strong business acumen, a proactive and self-driven approach, and innovative thinking.
