Media Buyer (Meta/Google Ads)

• 3+ years in performance marketing / media buying with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven experience with offline businesses — retail, HoReCa, clinics, fitness, wellness — where offline revenue matters as much as online leads
• Ability to build and optimise a full funnel — from impression to store visit and purchase
• Solid hands-on skills: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, basic GTM / event & conversion setup, Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic analytics)
• Comfortable working under platform restrictions — you don't burn out every time an ad gets rejected
