About the Role
We are looking for a skilled MarTech Manager to join Woofz dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will focus on automating and optimizing User Acquisition and Creative Production processes. You will work closely with technical, analytics, and marketing teams to enhance our performance marketing efforts across major advertising platforms. Your expertise will drive efficient tracking, automation, and scaling of both marketing campaigns and creative assets to fuel Woofz growth.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of performance marketing across major ad networks (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Experience with Airtable setup and management for marketing automation
Proficiency in event tracking, configuration, and troubleshooting discrepancies within advertising platforms
Familiarity with marketing analytics and ability to collaborate effectively with analytics and technical teams
Knowledge of creative production workflows and scaling creative assets
Ability to prioritize tasks and streamline processes in a cross-functional team environment
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
Technical Stack
Analytics & Data: Google Analytics, Firebase, basic SQL (queries, filters, aggregations)
Automation & Integration: n8n / Make
Advertising & Tracking: Meta Pixel & Conversions API setup, Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, attribution models
Project & Data Management: Jira, Airtable
What You’ll Do
Automate User Acquisition workflows to increase efficiency and campaign performance
Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop tools that scale creative production
Work alongside technical and analytics teams to implement, monitor, and optimize event tracking and data consistency
Identify and resolve tracking discrepancies within ad platforms
Automate research, scaling of creative assets, and result analysis processes
Lead prioritization of marketing automation tasks and help define the roadmap for MarTech initiatives
Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing processes and enhance overall campaign effectiveness
Nice to have
Previous experience in mobile app marketing, especially in the gaming or lifestyle sectors
Knowledge of marketing automation tools beyond Airtable (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat)
Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard tools
Understanding of user segmentation and personalization techniques
Passion for dogs and pet care industry insight would be a bonus
