MobiDev is looking for a Markup Developer with strong experience in WordPress to join our marketing team. You will be working on seamless, engaging, and conversion-oriented web experiences, with a focus on performance, scalability, and modern code standards.
Main requirements:
2+ years of experience with WordPress core, including deep knowledge of hooks, templates, and custom post types (CPT)
Modern JS Stack: Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and React (specifically applied to building custom Gutenberg blocks and components)
Tech Stack & Tools: PHP, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS (BEM methodology), AJAX, jQuery, ACF Pro, Gulp, Git, and Docker
Performance-driven mindset: Proven experience in frontend optimization, continuous Core Web Vitals (CWV) improvement, and hitting green scores in Google PageSpeed Insights
AI tools proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, or similar); ability to integrate them into daily workflow to increase output and quality
Strong Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to advocate for technical ideas, accept feedback, and translate “‘tech-speak’” into clear solutions for non-technical team members
Design literacy: Ability to work smoothly with Figma and implement precise responsive design
Language skills: English B1+

Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tool integrations
