We are hiring on behalf of our client – an American media company. They run a large newsletter operation sending millions of emails a day to cold audiences across finance, health, self-development, and astrology. As the team scales, execution is starting to outpace process – this role exists to fix that.
Marketing Operations Manager sits between strategy and execution. You take initiatives across newsletters, paid media, social, and growth from brief to done — owning timelines, owners, and dependencies across parallel workstreams.
You work closely with the email team on newsletter growth and engagement, and you're the first review layer on quality before anything ships. You build the trackers, cadences, and SOPs that keep the team moving without you having to chase people.
This is not a people-management role on day one – it's a coordination and execution role that's built to grow into team leadership as the marketing function scales. Success looks like: initiatives hit their deadlines, and newsletter performance keeps moving up.
