- Background in newsletter, media, affiliate, or performance marketing environments
- Hands-on campaign experience — having run campaigns, not just managed the people who did
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or similar
- Familiarity with project management tools: Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Airtable
- Experience with email platforms, newsletter operations, or audience growth metrics
