About project
FitMe is a fitness app created for people who want to stay active without long, repetitive workouts. It offers short, easy-to-follow routines that can be done at home with no equipment. FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day — without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
What you will do:
Support and development of marketing analytics for web/mobile products.
Daily interaction with performance marketers: assessing the effectiveness of campaigns, channels and creatives.
Cohort analysis, LTV and unit economics for scaling decisions.
Prioritizing tasks based on business value and potential impact, balancing urgent requests with long-term strategic initiatives.
Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensuring data quality, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance.
Key qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a similar analytics role.
SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets.
Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design, statistical tests, correlation analysis, and segmentation.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Ability to effectively communicate insights, presenting analysis results in a clear and compelling manner.
Understanding marketing metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
Would be a plus:
Python skills (pandas, data visualization, statistics) for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with subscription monetization products — understanding key metrics, user retention, churn analysis, and revenue optimization strategies.
Working with advertising offices (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA).
