• People Operations & Employee Experience
• Own and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and role changes
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions related to HR policies, systems, and processes
• Support recruiting operations, including offer letter preparation and approval coordination
• Help coordinate internal People & Culture communications, All Hands meetings, and employee updates
