- Monitor AWS client accounts to ensure each receives the correct benefits in form of AWS Discounts
- Consult customers in general on AWS Discounts and Credits program when needed.
- Keep accurate records using spreadsheets and internal trackers
- Submit clients to AWS partner programs using pre-written step-by-step playbooks
- Work with checklists and templates to complete monthly tasks with precision
Що очікуємо
- Upper-Intermediate English is a must
- Basic Spreadsheets knowledge
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
