Build SendPulse's external presence by identifying relevant AI marketing automation, email & messenger marketing, and B2B SaaS platforms — and securing content placements (guest posts, reviews, listicles, comparison pages)
Manage end-to-end outreach to editors, authors, bloggers, and partners: pitching, negotiation, securing placements
Prepare concise, compelling product descriptions tailored to different formats and audiences (G2, Capterra, Reddit, niche blogs, AI-powered search tools)
Monitor published content to verify links and brand mentions are live and correctly positioned; track outreach activities and report on placement results
Optimize SendPulse's visibility in AI-generated search responses (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, etc) by ensuring accurate representation across third-party sources.

You have Link Building / Outreach background with understanding of basic search engine optimization (SEO) principles and basic SEO metrics
You have basic understanding of how AI platforms retrieve information for answering user prompts and familiar with fan-out queries and the difference between grounded / ungrounded answers
You have experience with getting mentions/links on top-tier industry platforms by craftfully building communication with bloggers and influencers
You have strong communication skills
You actively integrate AI-assisted workflows in your routine and able to automate your everyday tasks and familiar with the concepts of MCP, Skills, Connectors, Agents, Tokens
