Map and refine the end-to-end client lifecycle journey based on trading behavior, deposit history, risk tolerance, and platform engagement; create dynamic user segmentations based on real-time event tracking
Design, build, and deploy automated trigger workflows and drip campaigns using modern CRM/Lifecycle tools; Reviewing and evaluating content from a Retention Marketing perspective within the scope of assigned campaigns
Cross-functional collaboration with Data/BI/Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to design compelling promotional offers, ensure accurate behavioral event tracking in the CRM, and implement advanced personalization logic using dynamic tags
Set up structured A/B and multivariate tests for copy, send times, channel preferences, and incentives; track and report on lifecycle KPIs
Ensure deliverability hygiene (IP warming, domain health, unsubscribe management) and partner with Legal and Compliance to align communications with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, local frameworks)

At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with B2C focus in designing and building event-driven automated workflows using modern CRM/ESP tools
Proven experience executing multi-channel messaging strategies across Email, mobile/web Push, In-App messaging
Deep understanding of how behavioral event data moves (JSON payloads, Webhooks, REST APIs, custom user attributes)
Solid grasp of domain authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP warming strategies, spam filter mechanics, and inbox placement monitoring tools
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for responsive email layout debugging and experience using dynamic scripting languages to personalize content based on user data
