Research and collect court decisions, legal rulings, and official government documents related to freelancer/employee misclassification, starting with the Netherlands.
Identify and document any publicly available formal information on freelancer misclassification, including regulatory guidance, tax authority publications, and labor inspectorate materials.
Research company practices, processes, and procedures used to demonstrate genuine independent contractor relationships (e.g., contract structures, working arrangements, compliance frameworks).
Compile success and failure stories, including legal precedents and practical case examples, that illustrate how misclassification disputes have been argued and resolved.
Structure and organize findings into a clear, searchable database format.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret legal texts, court rulings, and regulatory documents.
General understanding of freelancer/independent contractor classification rules and principles (e.g., criteria typically used to distinguish employees from independent contractors).
Willingness and ability to build specific expertise in Dutch employment and tax legislation on the job — prior knowledge of Dutch law is not required at the start.
Ability to work independently, structure ambiguous research tasks, and deliver organized, well-documented findings.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
