Що робити
- Providing legal support and guidance for the Company’s international operations across multiple jurisdictions;
- Reviewing commercial contracts, flagging key terms and inconsistencies, and summarizing findings for leadership;
- Completing supplier and partner questionnaires using provided templates; ensuring company information is accurately filled in across legal documents;
- Incorporation and maintenance of legal entities across various jurisdictions, as well as opening and managing bank accounts;
- Conducting and supporting KYC/AML and compliance procedures; preparing official documents and response letters to requests from counterparties, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders;
Що очікуємо
- 1.5+ years of experience in a legal role with an international or cross-border focus; experience in international IT, travel tech, or fintech companies is a strong advantage;
- Fluent English with demonstrated ability to draft and review legal documents in English;
- Familiarity with common law and/or multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex information and communicate it clearly to non-legal stakeholders;
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong organisational skills;
