Що робити
- Support the BD team in preparing responses to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, partner questionnaires, and customer requests.
- Review and draft legal and compliance sections of RFI/RFP documentation, including eligibility, certifications, representations, sanctions, export control, anti-corruption, and confidentiality requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, partner agreements, cooperation agreements, vendor documents, and other standard commercial legal documents.
- Maintain and update contract templates, clause banks, standard legal responses, and internal legal checklists and guidelines.
- Coordinate execution of agreements, including signature processes, internal approvals, and document filing.
Що очікуємо
- Law degree
- 2+ years of experience on position of junior lawyer
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong legal drafting, reviewing, and research skills.
- Experience with NDAs, commercial agreements, corporate documentation, and legal coordination processes.
