Що робити
- Contract Management: Draft and review contracts with clients, contractors, and partners (NDA, MSAs, SOWs, contractor agreements, partnership agreements, etc.)
- Business Advisory: Provide pragmatic legal advisory on day-to-day business matters
- Document Analysis: Analyze and process legal documentation in English
- Jurisdictional Support: Handle legal matters and compliance related to Ukraine and Estonia
- Executive Communication: Maintain structured, clear, and concise communication directly with the CEO
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of professional experience in IT/outsourcing/software development and contractor agreements
- Upper-Intermediate level of written English
- Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts with clients, contractors, and partners
- Hands-on experience working with Estonian companies or handling corporate matters in Estonia, as well as experience with international structures (Ukraine / Estonia / EU / US)
- Strong understanding of Ukrainian law along with basic knowledge of IP, GDPR, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use
