- Prepare, review and maintain contracts, including B2B agreements and internal legal documentation.
- Support legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions by maintaining legal documentation, including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies.
- Assist with legal and financial compliance, working closely with external legal advisors, accountants and KPMG.
- Support product launches by reviewing new features from a legal perspective and identifying potential legal risks.
- Conduct legal research and help ensure compliance with applicable regulations across different markets.
