We are looking for a legal specialist with practical expertise in legal matters related to doing business in the US, specifically in the states of Delaware and Florida. The role involves consulting on contractual and other legal matters in the context of cooperation with IT clients registered in these states.
Format of cooperation: hourly basis, no minimum number of hours (verbal and written consultations)
Key requirements:
Lawyer with a proven understanding of the legal specifics of doing business in the US, state of Delaware/Florida
Practical experience in contract work in the IT sector with clients in the US (particularly in Delaware/Florida jurisdictions)
Experience with litigation arising from prepared contracts would be an advantage
Experience preparing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts with American counterparts
Competencies:
Specifics of US corporate law (Delaware/Florida) as it relates to IT companies
Contract work: preparation, review, and support of contracts with US clients
Matters related to structuring and conducting business with American partners
Readiness to respond promptly to requests (no later than within 1-2 business days)
Experience working with IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies would be an advantage
Experience supporting deals with clients specifically from Delaware and Florida would be a significant advantage
