We are looking for a legal specialist with practical expertise in taxation of IT companies — Diia City residents. The role involves consulting on a wide range of legal matters related to the operations of an IT company under Diia City resident status.
Format of cooperation: hourly basis, no minimum number of hours (verbal and written consultations)
Key requirements:
Lawyer with proven experience working with IT companies — Diia City residents
Practical expertise in Ukrainian tax legislation, particularly in the context of the Diia City regime
Experience with tax audits and litigation support would be an advantage
Experience analyzing relevant case law
Competencies:
Corporate matters
Tax matters (taxation of Diia City residents)
Case law analysis
Other matters related to the business operations of an IT company — Diia City resident
Readiness to respond promptly to requests (no later than within 1-2 business days)
Experience working with IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies would be an advantage
