Що робити
- Assess the English level of employees (speaking, writing, listening, reading) using structured tests and/or live interviews, and map each person to a CEFR level (A1–C2).
- Design individual and group learning plans tailored to each employee's level, role, and goals (e.g. client communication, technical writing, business correspondence).
- Define clear milestones and success criteria for each learning plan.
- Track progress regularly — re-assess levels periodically, adjust plans, and report on outcomes to management.
- Recommend or curate learning resources, materials, and exercises (courses, apps, practice sessions) matched to each plan.
Що пропонуємо
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
- Experience working with tech/outsourcing or client-facing teams specifically (understanding of business/technical English needs).
- Experience with LMS platforms or corporate learning tools.
- Background in instructional design.
