Що робити

Design end-to-end user journeys for an AI-native B2B SaaS product.
Translate complex business processes, data, and AI behavior into clear and intuitive product experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs in Figma.
Design conversational, agentic, and AI-assisted interactions that help users understand, control, and trust AI-generated outcomes.
Drive features forward in tight alignment with the team, from initial concept definition to production release.

Що очікуємо

This is a hands-on Product / UX Design role with strong ownership over the core product UX: structure, information architecture, user journeys, and global interaction models.
You will work closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts, AI specialists, and engineers to turn complex sales processes, data, and AI capabilities into intuitive, practical, and trustworthy product experiences.
We are looking for someone who can take an ambiguous product challenge, understand the underlying user and business needs, propose a clear solution, and move it from early concept to production.

Що пропонуємо

Experience designing AI-native, GenAI, Copilot, or conversational products.
Understanding of LLM behavior, agentic workflows, and human–AI interaction patterns.
Experience with CRM, sales automation, revenue intelligence, workflow automation, or other data-heavy products.
Experience working in an early-stage startup or building a product from an early stage.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
