- 1.5+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or SDR in SaaS
- Experience with signal-based outreach and building Clay tables/workflows to automate lead research
- Hands-on experience scraping/enriching leads based on ICP and building highly relevant databases using B2B data tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach, including sequencing tools (Reply.io, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar)
- Experience in prospecting and running sales conversations across multiple channels, with a proven track record of consistently booking demos each month.
