Що робити

  • Custom Lead Generation: Crafting unique, highly targeted proposals (bids) on Upwork tailored specifically to each client and project.
  • B2B Platform Management: Growing, optimizing, and maintaining company profiles on Clutch, Crunchbase, Kickstarter, and others.
  • Email & Direct Outreach: Launching and managing highly personalized email campaigns and uncovering new lead generation channels.
  • Strategic Link Building & PR: Developing backlink strategies, performing competitor analysis (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and acquiring high-quality links to power up our SEO.
  • Workflow Automation: Streamlining routine tasks using modern tools (AI, CRM, scrapers) and maintaining accurate, data-driven reporting.

Що очікуємо

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B Outreach, Link Building, Digital PR, or Lead Generation within the IT/Digital sector.
  • English: B2+ level or higher (with a strong emphasis on excellent written communication for drafting emails and proposals; negotiation skills are a major plus).
  • Quality > Quantity: You understand that lead gen is driven by testing, analytics, and personalization—not copy-pasting. You know how to gracefully handle objections and rejections.
  • SEO Literacy: You understand how backlinks impact DR, traffic, and SERP rankings. You are familiar with E-E-A-T principles (especially for YMYL niches).
  • Tech Stack: Proficient with analytical tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush) and automation platforms (BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter.io).
