Що робити

  • Build and maintain a segmented database of startup companies and decision-makers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Design, launch, and optimize personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Generate qualified engagement through outreach campaigns, lifecycle sequences, webinars, conferences, LinkedIn interactions, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contacts from events, partner networks, and professional communities.
  • Create repeatable workflows for webinar and event outreach, from audience research and invitations to post-event follow-up and lead nurturing.

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or a similar outbound marketing role.
  • Experience building outbound campaigns and engagement strategies from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of audience research, segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach automation.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a plus).
