- Monitor Behance, Dribbble daily for relevant UX/UI and WordPress projects and apply quickly to strong fits
- Write tailored, persuasive proposals (no copy-paste templates) that match each client's brief
- Qualify leads: filter out low-budget or poor-fit jobs, prioritize serious clients
- Book discovery calls and hand off warm, qualified leads to the team
- Manage and optimize the Behance, Dribbble profiles
