Lead Sourcing & Bidding Strategy
Upwork Channel Management: Assist in managing, updating, and optimizing assigned Upwork profiles in close collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring profile positioning, portfolio showcases, messaging, and outreach strictly align with company strategy.
Opportunity Sourcing: Identify and filter relevant project opportunities based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), deal size, and long-term potential. Actively leverage automation tools and smart filtering workflows.
Proposal Optimization: Craft and submit customized, high-converting bids, continuously adapting messaging to maximize response rates.
Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain a consistent bidding velocity while balancing volume with quality and conversion probability.

Experience: Proven track record in B2B IT Lead Generation or Sales, with hands-on experience navigating Upwork (profile optimization, proposal writing, project filtering).
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of custom software development services (Web/Mobile Development, Cloud, Integrations, AI) to translate client needs into business opportunities.
Sales Methodology: Clear understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and lead qualification frameworks (ICP, Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Tools: Experience working with modern CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
Communication: B2+ / Advanced English (strong written skills for proposal writing and engaging communications).
