Що робити
- Lead the frontend development team: plan sprints, distribute tasks, track delivery and quality
- Drive architectural decisions for the frontend layer, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability
- Own and enforce code quality standards through systematic code reviews and automated quality gates (SonarQube)
- Collaborate closely with UX, Product Owners, Backend leads and stakeholders to shape technical solutions
- Define and evolve frontend guild standards: coding style, component architecture, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience developing web applications, with at least 1–2 years in a tech lead or lead developer role
- Deep expertise in Angular, RxJs, TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystem
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility and adaptive/responsive design
- Proficiency with SCSS/SASS and design system collaboration via Figma Solid experience with the full SDLC toolchain: Git, Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence
