Що робити
- Own and drive the overall Casino product strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and strong commercial performance;
- Manage and optimize the casino portfolio, including game releases, promotional campaigns, tournaments, quests, and seasonal events;
- Analyze key business and product KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers, aggregators, and strategic partners;
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, exclusive content opportunities, and promotional activities;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Casino Lead, Casino Manager, or in a Senior Casino Operations role within the iGaming industry;
- Proven experience managing and growing a Tier-1 casino product with a strong understanding of player behavior, engagement, and retention strategies;
- Deep knowledge of casino operations, game providers, promotional mechanics, tournaments, gamification, and CRM-driven initiatives;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on product, commercial, and player performance metrics;
- Experience working with leading game providers and aggregators, including commercial negotiations and partnership management;
