Що робити
- Work closely with product and business teams to translate business challenges into data science solutions and research
- Define clear success metrics and KPIs
- Turn data insights into actionable recommendations
- Ensure models deliver real business impact, not just technical performance
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions such as churn prediction, LTV modeling, player segmentation, and uplift modeling, owning the full lifecycle from experimentation to production
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably in tech or gaming
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience working with large-scale data tools such as BigQuery, Spark, or Hive
- Advanced SQL skills
