Що робити
- Conduct legal research and collect information
- Prepare legal comments, legal opinions, draft different types of real estate, infrastructure & land contracts in Ukrainian and English
- Engage in legal due diligence, prepare legal due diligence reports based on the analysis of real estate, infrastructure and land plots
- Under manager’s supervision draft proposals and responses to clients’ requests
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls, communicate with state authorities, banks, notaries etc.
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a legal consultant/associate position in a law firm
- Excellent knowledge of urban planning and real estate law, land, civil, corporate, commercial law
- Knowledge of real estate and land law, antitrust and competition law, regulations on securities and stock market, energy & environmental legislation, and/or experience in drafting legislation is a considerable plus;
- Fluent spoken and advanced written English
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
