Що робити
- Incorporation of international companies (Europe, Asia, Canada, USA, Latin America, offshore jurisdictions);
- Preparation of legal opinions, memorandums, draft documents, proposals, and responses to client requests;
- Support in obtaining crypto licenses (VASP/CASP);
- Legal assistance with opening corporate bank accounts for crypto businesses;
- Conducting online calls and providing consultations to clients, including in English;
Що очікуємо
- Higher legal education (Master of Law);
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- 2+ years experience in a relevant area such as corporate, international, commercial, labor, tax, IT, or financial law — depending on the company’s specialization (big plus — international law, corporate law, fintech, or crypto industry);
- Strong project management skills and experience in handling multiple legal projects simultaneously;
- Experience with company incorporation and obtaining payment, investment, or crypto licenses will be an advantage;
