Що робити
- Launch a new geography from scratch: personally lead the first 20–30 negotiations, onboard the first traders and payment partners, build the local supply network, and launch the first payment corridor;
- independently hire the first 3–5 employees, including participating in the search for a Head of Supply, and gradually build the local operations and supply teams;
- work closely with the HQ R&D team to adapt the platform to local payment infrastructure, test solutions, and ensure stable product operations;
- build a 24/7 operating model, including pay-in / payout processes, SLAs, escalations, partner communication, and on-call coverage;
- take ownership of the geography’s unit economics and P&L, managing volumes, margins, and costs while driving the market toward break-even;
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in payments / PSP, FinTech, iGaming, alternative payment methods, banking partnerships, or marketplace businesses;
- experience launching new markets or building supply networks at companies such as Uber, Bolt, Glovo, Careem, inDrive, or other businesses with a similar marketplace model.
