- Manage and develop long-term relationships with international key accounts;
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close commercial agreements;
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets;
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution;
- Proactively resolve client issues and manage conflict situations;
