Що робити
- Ensure timely provision of breakfast for studios according to the approved schedule including placing orders with suppliers, receiving deliveries, and distributing products across the office.
- Drinking water supply: manage bottled water order and distribution, control and maintenance arrangements for coolers and purifier.
- Coordinate coffee supply for studios (ordering coffee and related products, monitoring the availability of coffee in coffee machines, arranging coffee machines maintenance)
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate their work. Ordering and distribution of cleaning consumables)
- Assistance in organizing internal events
Що очікуємо
- Relevant working experience in similar position
- Communication with vendors experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet tools/browsers
- English — Intermediary level is a big plus
- Enthusiasm and drive to work
