Your project:
Hily is a dating app where everyone can be themselves and enjoy dating as they are. Users become part of a community where people find genuine connections and meaningful relationships. The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads, competing with market leaders such as Tinder and Bumble. Hily today: 40M users, 1.5B likes sent, 50M+ matches annually.
You will:
Run performance marketing campaigns on Snapchat.
Run and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV.
Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and manage budget.
Cooperate with the creative team on creative production.
Develop automation and auto-rules for acquisition.
Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, and generate hypotheses.

Feel comfortable working with numbers and making simple conclusions from data.
Are attentive to details and double‐check your work (links, targeting, budgets, naming, tracking).
Can organize yourself: keep tasks, deadlines, and reports in order.
Are not afraid of routine and repetitive tasks at the start, understanding this is how you gain expertise.
Will be an advantage:
Any hands‐on experience with ads (TikTok / Meta / Google / Snapchat) — even small budgets, your own project, freelance or course practice.
Completed courses in digital marketing/performance / UA (with certificates or projects).
Basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase) at least on a theoretical level.
Understanding of basic performance metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback period (even just definitions).
Experience in startups, product teams, gaming, or mobile apps.
