- Gather and validate budget information for open positions from hiring managers
- Coordinate budget alignment with hiring managers based on salary analytics results
Що очікуємо
- Experience in preparing and structuring vacancy requirements;
- Understanding of role seniority levels and ability to differentiate between Junior, Middle, and Senior specialists based on responsibilities, skills, and expectations;
- Strong organizational and coordination skills;
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously;
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management;
