Що робити
- Work in 8-hour shifts
- Monitor infrastructure using multiple monitoring tools
- Communicate clearly and escalate issues when needed
- Perform initial investigation of alerts
- Conduct basic triage of incidents and requests
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in System/IT Administration roles
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Opsgenie)
- Good understanding of Windows Server 2022/2019 administration principles
- Experience and knowledge of networks Troubleshooting skills
- English: Intermediate or higher
