We are looking for a Junior Solutions Engineer to join our technical team.
This role is a great fit for someone with a solid technical foundation who enjoys exploring new technologies, is eager to learn continuously, and can explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
What you’ll do:
Deliver product demos, technical presentations, webinars, and workshops for customers and partners.
Help design technical solutions based on customer requirements.
Support Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot deployments, including initial product configuration.
Provide technical assistance to customers and the sales team.
Collaborate with international vendors on technical matters.
Continuously learn new products, complete technical training, and earn vendor certifications.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, System Administration, Networking, or a related field.
Basic understanding of infrastructure technologies, such as Windows or Linux administration, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), virtualization, IT infrastructure, or information security.
English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Strong communication skills or a willingness to develop them.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to quickly master new technologies.
Don’t worry if you don’t have commercial experience yet. We’d love to hear from you if you have a strong technical foundation, personal projects, university labs, certifications, or simply the motivation to build a career in Technical Pre-Sales.
Nice to have:
Any hands-on experience in Technical Support, System Administration, Networking, Cybersecurity or Pre-Sales.
Experience with enterprise IT solutions or customer-facing technical presentations.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, Security+, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux, or similar.
