We’re looking for a SMM Manager to join our Marketing team and help strengthen our brand presence and content distribution across social media. In this role, you will primarily manage our presence on LinkedIn, Meta, and X.

We’re looking for someone who has
0.5-1+ years of hands-on experience as an SMM Manager in B2B
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Experience working with LinkedIn accounts
Nice to have
Experience with IT-related SMM projects
Experience working with Quora, and Reddit
Experience with Canva, Figma, and other visual tools
Experience with AI tools for research and content creation
Your future responsibilities
Implement and adapt the company’s content macro strategy across all social media platforms
Build and execute SMM strategies and content calendars for each platform (LinkedIn, X, Meta)
Continuously improve performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) for each platform
Generate relevant, audience-driven content based on customer ideal profiles
Prepare briefs for the Design Specialist to create visuals and banners
Collaborate with Design and Writing specialists to ensure consistency of tone and messaging
Ensure all content and visuals align with the company’s Brand Platform Guidelines
Manage thought leadership campaigns on LinkedIn, building the personal brands of subject-matter experts
