What the job actually is
You'll launch affiliate sites doing mostly on-page SEO optimisation, content QA and technical audits. No brand campaigns, no vanity metrics. Just rankings, traffic, and conversions.
You'll work directly with the team leads. No layers. No bureaucracy. Zero HR. You'll see the impact of your work in GSC within days.
Who we're looking for
We don't care if you've worked in iGaming before. We care about how you work.
You're the right fit if:
You learn new things by doing them, not by waiting to be taught
You can pick up a tool, a niche, or a brief and be productive within days
You manage your own time and your own output - nobody will chase you
You think in terms of what actually moves rankings, not what looks good in a report
You're hungry. You want to grow fast and you prove it through output
3 months probation period (fully paid from day 1)
You probably have:
1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency, affiliate, or in-house)
Real familiarity with Ahrefs and GSC - you use them, not just mention them
Some experience in competitive or commercial verticals (finance, health, legal, iGaming - anything where ranking is hard)
A track record of pages you've worked on that actually moved
