Що робити
- Inbound Lead Management: Analyze brand and agency registrations in CRM, write personalized follow-up emails, and guide clients to their first launch.
- Warm Lead Activation: Move leads from registration to an active ad campaign (helping with brief creation, matching creators, and addressing objections).
- New Client Acquisition: Perform cold and warm outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and book discovery calls with the team lead.
- Creator Curating: Build targeted creator lists directly within the product based on client briefs.
- CRM Hygiene: Keep data up to date by maintaining clean notes, updating statuses, and setting clear next steps.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience in sales or account management (background in SaaS, marketplaces, digital, or influencer marketing is a strong plus).
- Fluent written Ukrainian and working-level English.
- Ability to write concise, human, personalized emails (no dry AI templates).
- Strong self-organization, analytical mindset, and proficiency with CRM systems.
